Most orders ship USPS, with tracking sent to your email the moment your package leaves our hands. International orders sometimes route through DHL instead — we choose whichever carrier will actually get your package to you fastest and most reliably for where you're headed.

If it's unopened and unused, you can return it. You'll cover the cost of return shipping — once it's back with us, your refund goes through.

Already tried it and it's not right for you? You don't need to send it back. Reach out and we'll refund half the purchase price — no return shipping, no box to pack up.
